Yes they did breakfast. 10.45 is an odd time - a bit late for breakfast but a bit early for lunch. Hard to know which is best.
I assume this is just a LGW enhancement. I would like to see them do a DME flight in domestic all-Y configuration. Try putting some £1600 ticket holders in a Y-config E seat, and I think there would be a riot on board.
