Yep, me too the last time I did DUB-LGW in July. The seats were all in UK Domestic config and there were no headrest covers. I joked with the Purser that someone had lost the allen key and he apologised and said the turnarounds were so tight these days that they took the decision to do LGW-DUB-LGW without the seats changed rather than introduce a delay. There were no B seats used though so it was fine for me (in fact, better I'd say for being in an A or C seat...worse in D or F and worst of all in E!).
