ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia ("U.S.") who must be 18 years of age or older with a valid U.S. driver's license as of date of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES TIMING: The Ford Road to Kona Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 9/8/05 through 11:59 PM EST on 8/31/06 ("Sweepstakes Period").

HOW TO ENTER: To enter participants must complete an Official Entry Form, available during the Sweepstakes Period at www.fordroadtokona.com (the "Web site") and submit the Official Entry Form as directed prior to 11:59 PM EST on 8/31/06. Limit of one (1) online entry per person or email address throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV): One (1) Grand Prize - 2007 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer Edition (ARV $35,000) and a trip for two (2) to Kona, Hawaii from October 12, 2006 through October 16, 2006 to attend the Ford Ironman World Championship (ARV $15,000). Total ARV of Grand Prize $50,000. Grand Prize trip consists of round-trip, coach air travel for two (2) from the major commercial airport nearest winners residence to Kona, HI, four nights hotel accommodations (room & tax only, based on double occupancy), tickets to the Ironman World Championship, local ground transportation (between airport/hotel and to and from Sponsor selected events) and $1,500 cash. Vehicle awarded may differ from any vehicle shown in promotional materials. Vehicle color and equipment will be determined by Sponsor. Prize trip must be taken on dates and at times specified by Sponsor. Winner and companion must travel on the same itinerary.
