Well I only spent one night here. Tring to get in the miles before Dec 31. The hotel was nice. To start off the stay I called from the airport for the comp shuttle. They advised it would arrive in 10-15 minutes and like clockwork he was very punctual (great driver named Nick and he was very professional). Once at the hotel I was helped with my bags to the front desk my the driver. Checkin was prompt and I was given the upgrade to the Exec level and the free breakfast buffet (No evening hors d'oeuvres on weekends). Room was comfortable. Bed was to die for. Staff was very pleasant. They were always polite and helpful. I would rate this a pretty good stay. This is hotel is pretty far if you are planning to visit the river walk you will need a rental car, the cab fare is about $20 each way. I think I will stay at the hilton on the riverwalk next time. Any that has stayed there and has advised let me know.
