I bought a XMas SFO-SEA RT last month, via United.com. I applied a bunch of Type B vouchers plus some Entertainment Book coupons against the purchase.
I know that the fare has dropped today for my dates and routings, since United introduced the WELHOLN1 fare basis last night.
When i try to reprice online, it says :
"We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later, or contact your booking source to change your itinerary and exchange your tickets."
What gives?
(I've called United reservations four times and only reached India based CSRs who start off by repeating my itin etc.)
