This has happended to me a few times, the web tech support said that it has to do with a connection being down when you select my trips and if it cannot find the resevation it assumes the confirmation code is invalid and deletes the the trip from the list. They said they were working on a fix, but in the mean time you can just manually re-add them by clicking add current flight reservation and entering the confirmation code.
