One thing about it though...it's "E"xpensive. The roundtrip is $627!!!! I normally fly WN into San Jose instead of flying into SFO, and the FULL FARE is $244. So I don't know how UA can charge $627.

And this is a COACH fare. Anyone seen "E" before?
If you fly to OAK (or SJC, as you note) instead, you can get $234 R/T on either Alaska or Southwest. Just figured this out myself this week (the SFO rate you're seeing is the same one I saw).
