Category 2 BKK award: 3,000 or 4,000 pts?
What determines when the Royal Orchid Sheraton is 3,000 points or 4,000 points for a free room? Is it weekend (cheap) vs. weekday (expensive) or vice-versa? Or is it capacity? Or caprice?
