The motion will be heard on Wednesday - however, it's extremely unlikely that the judge will issue a ruling at that time, preferring instead to give the parties at least another 30 days to reach a consensual agreement.

If it becomes the case that the pilots strike, or the airline locks them out, there should be no need for a paper tickets - all of the major US legacy carriers, and many large foreign airlines, can take Delta e-tickets.
