The "waaa, waaa, everyone should be treated equally" crowd is apparently one reason. Still, the current IAD administrator for the MWAA said that he had been pleased with the elite line at DCA and would like to get one at IAD. Not sure what the holdup is... all they'd have to do is dedicate a couple of lanes down near the UA counters. I'm sure the largest % of elites at IAD are *A members.
