OT: Anyone got a senior contact in Apple (UK)..?

I got a customer service issue with Apple that is just dragging on. They shipped me product on 27/09, it was DoA, went back to Apple next day, using their own UPS return service. That's were the problems started. I have had nothing but the run around from the Apple contact centre. I have been cool and collected, polite to a fault, but no one seems to have the authority to do anything.

The final straw was on Friday when someone told be "I'll try and get your problem sorted over the next 2-3 weeks, but I don't promise.." I'm out big bucks here, my credit card was hit on dispatch, I'm going to seek recourse through the credit card company, but I'd like to avoid that.

I've written to Mark Rogers their UK General Manager, no response, I checked Companies House, directors are all US based, Company Sec. is a nominee city firm.

Just wondered if anyone knows a senior name, their Director of Customer Service, Operations Director, any one who I can write to get these problems fixed, I've tried Google'ing some names but can't come up with anything. Much as I might like to send the boys around I'm, going to be professional, I don't want to write saying "Mr/Mrs XX suggested I contact you.. I just want a name, of a real live body that can do something..!!
