I actually have called back twice and each time the CSR says they see the pet reservation attached to my reservation....do you think I need more ( ie an email) ?
Be sure to arrive and check-in as early as possible (not just on-line check-in). In the event there is another pet scheduled in the same cabin, you want to be there first.
