I have passed through Charlotte twice in the last two weeks on my way back to Chicago. Both flights were on UA, one in the afternoon, one in the evening the last non-stop at 7:23pm. The flight and gate information on the display monitors were incorrect in each instance, and the GA made no announcements. For the evening flight even the display at gate at the time of boarding was wrong. Is UA ground service usually like this at CLT? Maybe we were just unlucky...
