Can use $250 on Japan hotels

Now they include the hotel in Japan deal. That was not there yesterday and is why I posted what I did. Considering the voucher in a vacuum, I think that's fair. For those who wish to extract their pound of flesh for the way they've been treated, I assume it's not.

I'm glad they repaired it to read as it should....now to see what pricing they've come up with to compensate for it...

Tried to price out something with a Japan hotel reservation, and it did apply the $250 discount. However, Expedia should send out another email to clarify this change. The agent I talked to last night said whatever in the T&C are general terms, and since the original email says "Japan Package" coupon, so it can only be applied to package. Expedia made their agents say inconsistent things, well, we all know that.

This would have been fair if Expedia had done this consistently for all customers, and not played games with people who called and bargained for better terms.
