This never really had to be as annoying as so many have made it out to be. Yes, you can no longer choose "My Itineraries" before you click the link to "Log In" (thus going straigt to itineraries); however, all browsers have the ability to bookmark pages (Internet Explorer calls them "Favorites"). The itineraries is a regular Http "GET" request so it can be bookmarked.
Bookmark the following two links:
http://www.delta.com
https://www.delta.com/app_links/itineraries/index.jsp
When you log in then all you have to do is hit the bookmark for itineraries (the second link above) and you are in. You never truly had to click three links to get to your upcoming itineraries.
Come on people. Use a little ingenuity or at least look at the help pages for your browser. All browsers have help pages (some good enough to be called "tutorials"). Surely you know how to go to delta.com without typing h-t-t-p-:-/-/-w-wvw-.-d-e-l-t-a-.-c-o-m in the URL field! That means you can also go to
https://www.delta.com/app_links/itineraries/index.jsp without all the typing.
Most browser allow you to group links in a folder as well. Because delta.com no longer has a "site index" link on each page as before and because they now hide the "contact us" part of delta.com I simply searched for these two and then bookmarked the links. FYI they are:
http://www.delta.com/help/contact_us/index.jsp
http://www.delta.com/help/site_map/index.jsp
These two can be used without logging in although if you do log in first the "contact us" form will be prepopulated with your personal information.
