Club membership HP and UA RCC reciprocal lifetime status question.

I have the lifetime membership to the HP Club now the US club. Will it be possible in the future to have access to UA RCC or possibly the Star alliance included without that ridiculous yearly fee, because I have lifetime membership? On United's website it states "United Red Carpet ClubŪ and US Airways ClubŪ members enjoy reciprocal lounge access." Is this now true? Can I now use the RCC club?
