I'm tired of the wide variation in CS quality. If I don't get an agent who addresses me by my status and name, I know its going to be a bad call. I just excuse myself and call back a few minutes later.

Not to get in a gender war, but I prefer to speak to female agents. I generally think their CS skills are better.
