I'd guess that Expedia is a pretty miserable place to be working right now, with all this confusion, many calls from justifiably upset customers, and mixed messages from management. I want to sympathize with the CSRs who answer the phones there, but I'm just so disappointed with Expedia as a company, that it outweighs any sympathy for individual employees.
