If it's the Hyatt Regency, forget about it. The service is lousy. Stayed there 2 yrs ago and they never made the room until well after 6pm even when we left the room early 8.30-9am, left the "MAKE UP" sign on the door and called to housekeeping to make the room! Complained several times to the manager and he didn't do a thing about it. Worse part about it, we paid for one of their more expensive Jr. Suite room.

I finally complained to Hyatt Corp through their website, and they refunded 1 night stay of our 4 nights there.
