I have not flown the new style F on ANA - just seen the seats once on a reginal flight.
If ANA has the old style F seat i would take SQ without even thinking. The 2-2-2 on ANA is very dated, not much space.
The new ANA F seats looks bigger, more space around the seat etc.

Service and food seems to be equivalent. Both good, likely more dependent on the crew of the day.....
