This flight is always the international configuration because...it continues to Munich. Likewise, the return flight is the continuation from Munich.
Done the IAD-DEN and IAD-MUC legs many times and it has always been a great flight in any cabin. Particulary nice 500-miler opportunity for IAD-DEN since there is usually lots of C-space available and C on a 3-class 777 is MUCH better than domestic F.
