After a hair pulling time calling Amex to link my TWA number to my AMEX MR account (you are an "unperson" to CSRs if you don't have a social security number, but that's another story)....

Tsfrd 105k AMEX MR pts to my new (hitherto unused !) TWA Aviators account....fingers xd
