Has anyone had luck getting credit for a ticket written onboard? I've tried faxing them several times and I never get credit. Usually $6-8 tickets, but since the minimum points went to 100 I've really gotten screwed.

I've had this problem since the day the program began, and stopped faxing them for a long time. Once the 100 point minimum went into effect I tried a couple more time with the same results.
