Breakfast - at hotel. Usually included in room cost. Much better in Europe than at Hampton/Fairfield/etc. in USA.

Lunch - in factory canteen, often with other executive staff. Sometimes subordinates.

Dinner - usually alone, in hotel restaurant or someplace close by, book in hand.
