When I checked in, it said "Upgrade Not Available" so that pretty much precluded me from putting myself on the waitlist at that time since the computer wouldn't let me.

Then it asked me if I'd like to spend $500 to upgrade, so evidently, an upgrade is available, but not if you wish to use a UA upgrade instrument (CR1/SWU/MUA/500).

Which kind of defeats the purpose of offering said instruments, doesn't it?
