dear moderator - this thread is clearly going to get enormous - and unmaneagable - very quickly. there are clearly different messages coming from the three? expedia sites involved, different legal issues for each if it comes to that, and potentially value in easily identifying who is dealing with .uk, .com etc to perhaps co-ordinate responses. would it be sensible to start new threads for each of the expedia sites, with a sticky highlighting the parallel ones?
as far as uk (and perhaps others) are concerned I wonder if it would be useful to come up with a standard response to expedia's e-mail - if they get lots with similar wording it may possibly have some impact by giving the impression of 'co-ordinated' opposition,and therefore greater difficulty of proceeding with the current policy.
