Exactly my thought. I suggest that everyone who posts on this forum who booked this offer purchase a local Sunday newspaper this weekend. Look in the travel section. Most papers carry a column, either written locally or syndicated, about travel ombudsman issues. The poster who posted about the lady who dealt with Expedia about her flights with no success was a story that the Minneapolis Star Tribune published weeks ago.
To do my part, I have contacted a large travel trade publication informing them of this issue and hopefully they will run a story on it.
