I'm on the morning IAD-DEN flight a good deal and it served by a three-class 777XC/XI.
They offer the snack boxes for sale in Economy and a full meal in Business and First. The PTVs are on for the duration of the flight, though they usually only have enough flight time for one complete movie cycle.
