I should qualify for Diamond status after next week, but I still haven't used any of the Upgrade Certificates I received with my last Platinum qualification. This year all my NH travel has been on C on Asian routes, so I've had no opportunities to upgrade or purchase merchandise. It looks like only relatives can use the certificates and none of mine fly on NH.

Any ideas?

(PS, I don't plan to adopt any of you -- or vice versa -- just so you can use my certificates!)
