Yes, thank you for starting a new "Where are the SkySaver seats" thread since we have not had a new one for almost 10 days now.

Regarding the question/comment about NO SkySaver ever available.

1 - There might have been some, but somebody else got them 20 minutes ago, or weeks or months ago.

2 - As mentioned above, DL may have opted not to have any on certain city pairs.

By the way, as you will see in many of the other weekly threads on this topic, many people have had good luck getting SkySaver seats on a regular basis. There are just lots of factors and even more luck.
