Quick Trivial Food Question:

Were the nuts served with cocktail/appetizer in a cardboard thingy, or in an actual china ramekin-type thing? On our DTW-AMS trip last Christmas, they were in the cardboard. I've seen pics of a more recent flight (Pacific, I think) showing the nuts in a small china container. Thanks!
