You made a good suggestion AusTXHiker, and
maybe I can take it one step further.
Get together a standard letter saying basically to Delta our problems with the
changes in LFare Upgrades and everyone signs
off on it. If we are getting at least two
dozen people unhappy with the changes maybe
that will get Delta's attention. Hopefully.
