Seriously, any important news gets posted here within 30 minutes of when it happens. So if you're not sure whether it's old news, just wait half an hour to be sure. @:-)

If you want to be notified by email without checking here all the time, go to the sticky thread above and subscribe for notification. You will also be able to see past important announcements in that thread, but right now the thread is new and nothing major has happened yet.

24-hour check-in would have rated a post and email notification had that announcement occured after the notification thread was started. Every schedule extension will also be posted with email notification. This way you can be as infrequent a visitor as you want, assuming that I stay on the ball and post the announcement promptly.
