Im Tired Of The Drama

Since I am tired of the Drama, I decided to start researching my plan. I have contacted two contract lawyers in order to see where I stand. Here is what both told me.

My first question was; Do I stand a chance of winning a case in court. They replied that I had a great chance of winning and that everyone involved stood on solid ground. This is because 1) I have documented data showing the "advertised rate" 2) I have documentation that showed that this was an expedia special rate in which you were to pre-pay 3) I have letters from both Expedia and Hilton showing that I am confirmed for that price. 4) Several employees speaking on behalf of expedia sent out emails stating that they are honoring the reservation.

I know that several on here are telling us to stop whining but according to the attorney's, they said it didn't matter if it was 3 dollars or 300 dollars because they advertised that "special rate" for an extended amount of time and that they have sent out numerous emails showing that both of the companies would honor.

On the last note, I had asked which area in the United States should I file a suit if they don't honor and they told me that they would research the district that is statistically better for the consumer. It appears New Mexico and Florida have great consumer laws.

Sincerely,
Rex "Tired of the drama"
