I believe the rules say only at T-3 hours.

However check-in have discretion to check-in earlier...IF.... you are in J or F, or a Silver/Gold. That was my understanding of the various posts before. That is certainly my experience. I have twice checked in around 06.30 am, for a lunchtime flight, then gone to work and returned for the flight.
