I took part in this survey and am surprised that the scores were so low. The scale is out of 30, so on many accounts AC fails. The surveyors were asked to score based on their experiences, so for example, I responded only to about 8-10 of the airlines that I have used recently. It would be interesting to see the breakdown of individual airlines and the number of respondents. The four scores are based on Comfort, Food, Service and website. I am not sure where interiors would fit in (duct taping excepted)to these. I think the scores are skewed as the North American ones get scored lower as the domestic product usually provides less service than international flights. Definitely, I favour the AC Exec First international products over the UA and AA Biz anyday. Just my thoughts.
