I have 4 additional cardholders on my account; but I'm not sure if they qualify for any of the benefits. They do not get Priority Pass membership, for example. I signed them up for Hilton Gold a long ways back, but I'm not sure if they are technically eligible for that benefit. You'll have to read the fine print to see about additional cardholder benefits.
