Nov 8, 2005 — SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - FLYi Inc. <FLYI.O>, parent of low-fare airline Independence Air, said on Tuesday it has reached a pact with the Aircraft Mechanics Fraternal Association, a day after FLYi filed for bankruptcy protection.
