I just flew from CLE to LAS from 3/10 through 3/13, and my fare was around $225, direct flights both ways. I think that the key was that I didn't stay the saturday night, which is too expensive for hotel rooms that night in vegas anyway. If you can avoid the sat. night stay, I think you'll be better off pricewise (and EUA-wise).

Just a side note about CLE...I think that it's a bit better than most others in the area. I've flown out of CMH and CAK (never PIT), and the great thing about CLE is the RTA access. Coming from either Ashtabula or Willowick, just take 90 W out to Lakewood (where I live , and do a park and ride at the RTA station there. Just leave your car at the RTA station, and it's $1.50 each way to and from the airport, and the train drops you off right inside, no outside walking. Your car will be fine and safe, I always leave mine there, and even left it there when I was out of town for 2 weeks over New Years. Sure beats paying the outrageous long-term parking fees at CLE, although they may be a little less at other airports.

Sorry for the length of the post, just trying to help out others as I've been helped here :-)
