UA flies at least 1 767 to KOA each day from SFO. They also have 757 service from both LAX and SFO and DEN. Don't remember if the DEN-KOA service is daily, or weekends only. I haven't heard of this service mentioned lately, but I assume UA still flies the route. At certain times over the past few years I have seen UA 747's at Kona, as well.

On an aside, JAL flies a 747 to KOA from Japan (NRT?) several times a week. It is fun to see such a large plane at such a small airport.
