Last week @ IAH I saw the boarding area for flt 49 pretty packed, at least 200 people there immediately prior to boarding. For a Wednesday morning departure in mid-March, I'd say that's a healthy load.

OGG-EWR would be an issue, I doubt the roughly 7000ft runway at OGG would be safe to send off a fully loaded 764 to EWR. And there is not a good chance to see 762's to Hawaii, they are designed for premium routes and as such don't have a large enough coach cabin to be profitable to Hawaii. EWR-OGG would not be trouble. Another problem would be the availability of a 764, last I checked they were pretty close to being maxed out, with 15 or 16 aircraft in the schedule each day.
