I just returned from that trip. I would suggest that you go for the middle or center fuselage BF seats as they are all aisle. I would suggest 1st BF cabin over the 2nd, but many seem to like the second BF cabin as it is more intimate - You also have a better shot at some popular meals as at times the 1st cabin may run out of an particular item (happened on my flight with the shrimp entree, lucky for me I wanted the veal chop). The E terminal P club is the one to go to, though if you are connecting on a RJ, the B terminal PC is good as well.
