I figured out what's going on.

My family has 4 e-rewards accts, two hhonors accounts.

Previously of course we just redeemed whenever 90 days are up. Lately though, I could no longer redeem my e-rewards for either one...even though it's been 120+ days since the last redemption.

Then I figured it out...the last time I redeemed hhonors points was using my sister in law's e-rewards account with hhonors acct A, my mother's e-rewards account with the hhonors Acct B.

That means, hhonors has now stored that info in a database somewhere.
Going forward: only my sister-in-relaw's e-rewards can be redeemed for hhonors A points; only my mother's e-rewards can be redeemed for hhonors B points.

As for the google of points I have from answering surveys...unless I set up a new hhonors acct, redeeming them for hhonors points is no longer an options...since the two existing ones are "taken".

Interesting...and kind of retarded.
