To get online access to your reservation, I think you need a OnePass account. Once you get it, you can add the reservation to your account reservations file with the confirmation # and your last name. Once it's linked to your OP account, you can view seat maps for your flights and change seats. Forward rows are blocked for elite seating and only Platinum Elites can grab bulkhead/exit rows online. Your best bet might be to make a phone call. </font>
