That seems
very dangerous, because I believe the agent was wrong.
CO is obviously trying to save money like Southwest by getting rid of phone agents. When you reserve online but purchase by calling, you help keep the agent's job. Perhaps only temporarily until it gets outsourced to India.
I'd be surprised if they give you the other 50% EQM, but hey, see my sig line. Either way, please keep us posted, inquiring minds want to know.
