FLIFO is usually FLIght inFOrmation, or in other words, the flight status of a flight. If it's already in for a flight a few days away, it's probably something innocuous like the rego or fin number of the aircarft operating the flight has been entered.
If you ring an airline (or these days look up flight status on the web) the information the call centre gives you, such as "flight left London on time and currently expected in Bangkok 13 minutes early", is gained from the FLIFO display on their sets.
