I'd go with Golden Dragon and use the Entertainment card. You can get a pretty decent meal for ~$50 or so for two people.

Duke's is great too. Or... might I suggest doing a little planning ahead of time, purchasing a picknet basket, filling it with some goodies (say, a plate lunch), purchasing some wine and having a nice romantic dinner out on Waikiki Beach/Queen's while the sun sets? Granted, the beach is overly crowded during sunset hour, but it might be something to plug in the back of your mind.
