i an HH diamond and basically sitting on my points. Might sound strange, but for me the main problem with HH is that I am not able to book suites against points. Sometimes it works as exception if you contact the hotel and the diamond desk and pay double points or something like this, but it is always a big hassle.

i earn all my HH points with stays in suites, all my paid stays are in suites. so if i go on award stays, which should be awarding, i dont see why i should stay in a small room then.

other hotel chains allow to book suites against points.
as i generate many points per year, i am willing to fight a battle for it, so where and how should i address this? i dont know anybody in the HHONORS management or at Hilton to speak with.
