Loo for the rule that says, "FREE FLIGHT SEGMENTS WITHIN EACH CONTINENT ARE LIMITED AS FOLLOWS:" and then lists all the segment limitations. The key word is "within", which by definition limits the restriction to only the flights inside the individual continents.
