Had an occasion to call CO today and being a Canadian travellers interested to note that the phone options gave callers the choice of domestic reservations, including Mexico, or international destinations, which didn't say it but I assumed included Canada. Why is Mexico considered domestic but Canada isn't?

Just curious if there may be a logical reason or if it's just the way CO does things.
